Applications Sought for Douglas Kramer Young Advocate Award


The DMRF is pleased to announce the availability of applications for the 2017 Douglas Kramer Young Advocate Award. This award is given to individuals between the ages of 20 and 35 who have demonstrated a commitment to making a difference for those affected by dystonia through advocacy. Eligible candidates must reside in the USA and be committed to working with the DMRF to support the dystonia advocacy program at the Federal and State levels. Recipients will serve as ambassadors to further engage other young people in this important effort. Awardees will receive support to attend the annual Dystonia Advocacy Network’s Advocacy Day in Washington, DC on March 21 – 22, 2017. Applications are due on Friday, February 3, 2017.
