Sarah's Blog: 'Tis (Still) the Season to Be Thankful

Do you make New Year's resolutions? I have never been a big fan because as soon as I make them I break them and then I feel like a failure. I am making goals this year (some of which I am already failing miserably!) instead of resolutions.
I would love to:
--Find a health insurance that will actually cover me (I swear they are all scared of me!)
--Look into exercises that can help me with my dystonia
--Find a good neurologist in my area since mine relocated
--See if healthier eating habits might help me with my dystonia
--Read and write more
--(And of course my number 1 goal) Educate people on dystonia any way I can!
