Gifts of stock, bonds, and mutual funds allow you to support the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF). In order to complete a donation of securities, please complete BOTH steps below:

STEP 1 - Notify the DMRF of your intended stock donation by calling 312-755-0198 or emailing us at membership@dystonia-foundation.org We will then provide you with the appropriate stock transfer information.

STEP 2 - Contact your broker to transfer your shares.
